Work Package 1: Terraform Setup Service – AWS Provisioning; do you want to create and manage lots of EC2 instances automatically? We can visit you onsite or work with you remotely using online secure collaborative tools to install, setup and configure a Terraform service within your AWS cloud environment. We will demonstrate a fully working service, setup using our best practice procedure, and perform a basic knowledge transfer to you or your team and provide you with a concise technical reference paper for future use. This is typically a 1-day setup service, but you can buy additional consulting days to build and deliver extra capability with our support.
Work Package 2: Postfix Setup Service – Mail Server (SMTP/IMAP/POP); do you want to create and manage your own mail servers? Perhaps you need a simple secure internal mail service to support a particular application or infrastructure service, or maybe you want a new corporate mail service for your business. We can help you setup the service using the IBM Postfix open-source software; there are a number of dependencies which we can advise or arrange for you to get in place, then we can help you setup the mail server infrastructure. Typically, with the pre-requisites in place, this takes 1-2 days to provide a basic setup and test functionality and the mail server security aspects, as well as supplying you with a concise technical reference paper for future use.
Work Package 3: High Level Design (HLD) Service – IT Architecture; do you need an IT architect to help design and define how your systems work to provide a solution to a set of business requirements (functional and non-functional). We can help by bringing along our custom design architecture document framework to assist and complete working closely with your IT strategy and technical team. Architecture designs typically fall into small, medium and large categories, however, we are happy to accomodate any project size. We can provide the document template, complete the design, and any modifications following reviews and produce the artifact ready for final approval. Typically, the high-level design service can range from a few days, to several weeks of elapsed time, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Work Package 4: Low Level Design (LLD) Service – IT Architecture; once a HLD has completed and been approved, this enables you to move the project into the Low Level Design stage, where you document the details regarding how the systems, software, code, and configuration will be implemented by your engineers to enable them to build and deliver the design into a real working solution. Based on the HLD, we will provide the LLD template, document the design and produce the artifact as an output. Once complete, this will then provide the engineering team with the blueprints to execute the delivery process. LLD documents are usually quite specialised depending on the technology stack being used, therefore, contact us to discuss further.
Work Package 5: Strategy and Governance – IT Architecture; do you require help defining your IT strategy, or maybe you are not sure about how to go about deciding on what technology to use, and how it could benefit your business? We help provide impartial and independent advice on your IT strategy and how to manage and control your information systems. We can review your existing strategy, or help you formulate a completely new one. Based on the consultative and analysis process conducted, we will produce a concise report using our IT strategy and governance template document, which will provide you with an independent expert perspective that will include options and recommendations to potentially move toward.
Work Package 6: LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL (MariaDB), PHP) Stack Build; do you need a LAMP stack deploying enable your web infrastructure.
