Our managed AWS contracts include the following approach:

Phase One : Requirements and Design

We will work with you to gather requirements and design the service:

  • Gather all your requirements (functional and non functional), e.g. including system and application needs, security, system/data availability, monitoring, audit and controls, code delivery mechanisms and interfaces – one off cost.
  • Provide a High Level AWS Design based on the requirements gathered – one off cost.

Phase Two: Build and Deliver

We will then build, test and deliver your AWS infrastructure:

  • Create a statement of work to build, test and deliver all your AWS required resources to the agreed sign off criteria – one off cost.

Phase Three: Run and Maintain

We will then provide the fully AWS managed service including:

  • Agree the initial go-live release process.
  • Agree the number of maintenance software/code releases per week/month.
  • Agree project change control processes and triggers.
  • Create an ongoing managed service contract to maintain the AWS infrastructure.
  • Our contracts avoid locking our customers into long notice periods. You can choose the period you would like this to be from a minimum 1 month or more.

Our Pricing

You can expect a full Statement of Work (SoW) explaining:

  • Our requirements gathering is a one off cost and will use a number of pre-agreed consulting days, depending on the project size. You will receive a requirements gathering report document stating all that was agreed.
  • Our one off AWS HLD design costs/pricing are very competitive, and depend on the size of the project. You will receive an initial HLD design document completed and agreed based on the previous created requirements report document.
  • Our one off AWS build, test and delivery cost/pricing are very competitive, and depend on the size of the project. You will be able to access any design/agreed test service end points at this stage. You will receive a test report and evidence to show the delivery build is service ready.
  • Our AWS go-live, run and maintain contracts start from as little as £1000* per month, depending on the size of the project**.
